The ZOLL OneStep Pediatric Resuscitation Electrode is a comprehensive, multi-function electrode pad set designed specifically for pediatric patients (typically under 55 lbs / -8 years old). These electrodes not only support defibrillation, cardioversion, and pacing, but also provide integrated CPR feedback — allowing clinicians to monitor compression depth and rate during pediatric resuscitation.
When connected to a compatible ZOLL defibrillator (e.g. R-Series, X-Series), using the pediatric electrodes will automatically reduce the starting shock energy to 50 joules to help ensure safe defibrillation in children.
