This stainless-steel ARC™ Micro Instrument Brush is purpose-built for deep, effective cleaning of very narrow-lumen and hard-to-reach surgical channels (endoscope channels, micro-cannulas, fine-bore tubing, etc.). Its ultra-slim profile and flexible sheath make it ideal for delicate reprocessing applications where damage to instrument interiors must be avoided … while still ensuring thorough debris removal.

Features
- Ultra-small brush diameter: 1.5 mm (0.06”) — one of the smallest in the industry — making it suitable for cleaning channels with inner diameters as narrow as 0.5 mm up to 1.40 mm.
- Long reach for deep channels: Total length of 12” (30 cm) ensures the brush can navigate long instrument lumens.
- Fine brush tip + flexible sheath: Brush head length is 0.6” (15 mm), mounted on a 0.02” (0.4 mm) stainless-steel sheath — flexible enough to follow curves, yet sturdy enough to resist kinking or bending.
- Gentle but effective cleaning: Bristles are polyamide (nylon), chosen to scrub away debris without scratching or damaging delicate internal surfaces — ideal for endoscopes or micro-instruments.
