The Surgmed ARC™ Micro Instrument Brush is a premium, stainless-steel micro-brush engineered for precise, deep-channel cleaning of very small-diameter lumens or hard-to-reach instrument channels. It’s ideal for endoscopes, micro cannulas or other surgical devices with narrow internal diameters — offering effective debris removal while minimizing risk of damage.

Features
- Ultra-slim profile for narrow lumens: The brush has a 1.5 mm (0.06”) diameter brush head — one of the smallest available — making it suitable for cleaning channels with inner diameters as small as 0.5 mm up to 1.40 mm.
- Adequate length for deep cleaning: Total length is 12” (30 cm), giving reach for longer or deep instrument channels.
- Fine brush tip for delicate cleaning: The brush head is 0.6” (15 mm) long, allowing effective agitation and removal of debris without scratching or damaging internal surfaces.
- Flexible stainless-steel sheath: The flexible sheath resists kinking or bending (unlike rigid twisted-wire brushes), allowing safer navigation of curved or delicate instrument channels.
- Polyamide (nylon) bristles — gentle yet effective: The fine bristles provide efficient cleaning while minimizing abrasion risk; they also help inhibit bacterial growth between reprocessing cycles.
