This product is a sterile, non-pyrogenic IV solution of 0.9% w/v sodium chloride in a 250 mL VIAFLEX® plastic bag. It provides medically-useful fluid and electrolyte replenishment and is also suitable as a diluent/vehicle for compatible parenteral medications.

- Supplies 0.9 g sodium chloride per 100 mL (2.25 g in the 250 mL bag)
- Osmolarity is approximately 308 mOsmol/L and pH range is around 4.5-7.0 for the Viaflex container.
- Flexible VIAFLEX® bag format supports bedside readiness, single-use convenience and integrates with standard IV administration sets.
- Indicated for fluid/electrolyte replenishment; also compatible for use as a vehicle/diluent for parenteral medications when appropriate.
