- Each mL contains: Active: cyclopentolate hydrochloride 1%, Preservative: benzalkonium chloride 0.01%. Inactive: boric acid, edetate disodium, potassium chloride (except 2% strength), sodium carbonate and/or hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH), purified water.
